( About )

Welcome to the Texas Parental Rights Association.

"Equal Rights for Equally Fit Parents.  Period."

Celebrate official Parents' Day as we file our landmark class action lawsuit.

About TexasPRA

The Texas Parental Rights Association (TexasPRA) is an unincorporated nonprofit association formed under Chapter 252 of the Texas Business Organizations Code, with leadership and membership generally organized in mirror fashion akin to the federal court system breakdown of the State of Texas.  The TexasPRA mission is very simple and straightforward: to restore full constitutional compliance by the Texas court system with the fundamental rights of all natural parents to their children.

TexasPRA has general Membership statewide across Texas, but also includes victim parents who live in other States too.  The official organizational chart provides the visual breakdown, while the official Handbook provides further details about that structure, describes each different leadership role, and covers various other aspects.

Rustin co-founded Americans for Parental Equality, serves on the board of Texans for Judicial Accountability, and leads the Texas Parental Rights Association’s class-action lawsuit.  He was the first in Texas to remove a family court case to federal court under the civil rights removal statute.  He champions equal parenting, child-support reform, and judicial accountability by mobilizing parents, experts, and lawmakers.  His case laid the groundwork for ongoing constitutional challenges.

Arnold, a financial security veteran, has safeguarded consumer monies for decades.  Now he challenges the family courts, accusing judges and lawyers of forging orders, reverse-legislating from the bench, and weaponizing court procedures to funnel revenue to colleagues at the expense of family assets.  He seeks transparent and auditable court standards, arguing immunities shield corruption and rig outcomes.  He is committed to reforming what he calls Texas’ money-driven, lawless judicial framework.
